Commercial Construction Project Manager

$120,000–$160,000+ DOE | Employee-Owned Company (ESOP)

HC Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and risk
  • Drive project profitability and financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, high-quality project execution
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and emerging project management professionals

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven success managing commercial construction projects through all phases
  • Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
