**Role Overview:**

As our Project Engineer, you will:

- Uphold HC Company's reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate across departments to leverage your expertise in estimating, pre-construction, and business development.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring critical tasks are executed to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct thorough reviews of plans and specifications to identify conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Manage document controls meticulously, including submittals, project closeouts, RFIs, and transmittals.
- Track materials procurement and assist with material takeoffs to support project scheduling.
- Assist with project contracting, buyouts, and quality assurance/quality control efforts.
- Actively participate in site safety initiatives and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore to streamline project documentation and communications.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.

**Your Contribution:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in project engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
