- Champion quality assurance and quality control, conducting thorough inspections and holding subcontractors accountable for delivering top-notch results.

- Take ownership of the jobsite, overseeing layout planning, staging, and continuous field supervision to ensure project success.
- Proactively implement safety protocols, conducting regular audits and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment for all.
- Document project progress meticulously, maintaining detailed logs and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

**Your Contribution:**

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project Scheduling Software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
