Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with framing, drywall, finish work, and general carpentry tasks

• Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites with a clean background and driving record.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mentality
